Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bit339 ("Platform", "Operator", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bit339 online gaming platform available at bit339.cam and any associated applications or services.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

bit339 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" — the bit339 website, mobile interface and any associated applications operated at bit339.cam.
• "Player" / "User" — any individual who registers an account with bit339 and uses the platform's services.
• "Account" — the personal registered account held by a Player on the platform.
• "Balance" — the total of real-money funds held in a Player's account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits credited to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements and promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times bonus funds or a deposit must be staked before a withdrawal may be requested.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity and document verification procedures required by the Operator.
• "Restricted Territories" — jurisdictions in which access to and use of the platform is prohibited under applicable law or Operator policy.
• "Prohibited Activity" — any action defined as prohibited under Clause 8 of these Terms.
• "Applicable Law" — the laws, regulations and rules of the licensing jurisdiction under which bit339 operates, as well as any local laws applicable to the Player's location.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with bit339, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a Restricted Territory.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer or close associate of bit339 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform or under any responsible gambling programme.
• You must hold only one registered account on the platform at any one time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.

Participation in online gambling may be restricted or prohibited under the laws applicable in Pakistan, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. bit339 does not represent that use of the platform is lawful in Pakistan. Pakistani users access the platform entirely at their own legal risk and responsibility.

Account Registration & KYC

To access real-money gaming services on bit339, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes.

4.1 Registration Requirements

• You must provide a valid email address, a unique username and a secure password.
• You must not impersonate any other person or use a false identity.
• Accounts registered with false or misleading information may be suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.
• One account per person, household, IP address and device is the standard limit. bit339 reserves the right to apply stricter limits at its discretion.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bit339 is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with its licensing obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) policies. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any time during an account's lifetime.

• Proof of Identity: A government-issued photo ID (e.g. National Identity Card (NIC/CNIC), passport or driving licence).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or official document confirming your residential address, dated within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits, where required.

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the timeframe specified by bit339 may result in account restrictions, including the suspension of withdrawal functionality, until documents are received and verified.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Deposits to your bit339 account must be made using payment methods available in the cashier at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier and may vary by payment method. All deposits must be made in the account's designated currency.

Payment method references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah may appear in the cashier as familiar context for Pakistani users. These providers do not endorse or support bit339. Availability of any specific payment method must be confirmed at the time of transaction. bit339 accepts no liability for deposits made through unavailable or unsupported methods.

• Deposits are for personal use only. You must not deposit funds on behalf of a third party.
• bit339 does not accept deposits from joint accounts or business accounts.
• Deposits may be subject to processing times that vary by payment method and provider.
• bit339 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds deposited, in accordance with AML obligations.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed once KYC verification has been completed. Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may take a number of business days to process, depending on the payment method selected. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are shown in the cashier.

• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Bonus funds, free bet credits and non-withdrawable promotional awards may not be withdrawn and will be removed from any withdrawal request automatically.
• bit339 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending completion of security checks or KYC verification.
• In the event of suspected fraud or prohibited activity, withdrawal requests may be frozen pending investigation. bit339 will communicate the reason for any such delay where permitted by applicable law.

Bonuses & Promotions

bit339 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions and other incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms stated at the point of the offer. The general provisions in this clause apply to all promotions unless superseded by more specific promotional terms.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. bit339 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion has a defined wagering requirement. Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified in the promotional terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash unless explicitly stated in the promotional terms.
• If bit339 reasonably suspects that a player is abusing bonuses — including through systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — it reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings and to close the account.
• Promotional offers are not available in jurisdictions where they are prohibited by applicable law.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets, wagers and gaming activity on the bit339 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, game or market. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the relevant rules before participating.

7.1 Sports Betting

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. bit339 reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly erroneous odds.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended or voided in the event of technical or data feed failure.
• Markets covering cricket (including PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments and T20 competitions), football, UFC and other sports are subject to their respective sporting event rules. bit339 does not claim affiliation with or endorsement by any sporting body or league.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.

7.2 Casino & Live Games

• Casino games and live dealer tables operate according to the rules displayed within each game interface.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer procedures, as applicable.
• Disconnections during a live game session may affect the outcome of a round. bit339's resolution procedures for such events are set out in the specific game rules.
• bit339 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of player device failure, internet connectivity issues or power outages.

7.3 Error Resolution

In the event of a technical error, software malfunction or any other fault that results in an incorrect outcome, bet settlement or display of odds or prizes, bit339 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and restore account balances to their pre-error state. No liability is accepted for losses arising from system errors beyond the restoration of the original balance.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bit339 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of account balances, in addition to any other remedies available under applicable law.

• Registering more than one account, or using accounts belonging to other persons.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tools to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, system faults or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or reversing legitimate transactions.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or match outcomes.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting obligations, or any other financial crime.
• Accessing the platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN or other circumvention technology.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing platform staff or other users in any communication channel.
• Any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the platform or its infrastructure.

Responsible Gambling

bit339 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides a range of player-protection tools accessible through account settings. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively.

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps may be set by the player at any time and take effect immediately upon confirmation.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over defined periods to help manage expenditure.
• Session Time Limits & Reality Checks: Timed alerts may be configured to notify players of elapsed session duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account suspension of a defined duration, during which no deposits or wagers may be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: A formal exclusion mechanism that prevents the player from accessing the account for a minimum period. Self-exclusion requests submitted through support take effect immediately.

bit339 reserves the right to impose responsible gambling controls on any account where problem gambling indicators are identified, without prior notice. Such controls may include deposit restrictions, mandatory cooling-off periods or permanent account closure in serious cases.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bit339 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, audio and video assets — is the intellectual property of bit339 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• No content from the platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of bit339.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• Any unauthorised use of platform content constitutes a breach of these Terms and may also infringe applicable intellectual property law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bit339, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or any other commercial loss, however caused.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, data feed failures or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable law.
• The conduct, actions or omissions of third-party payment processors or game software providers.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, bit339's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits bit339's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Privacy & Data

bit339 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account and using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Please read the full Privacy Policy to understand how your data is collected, used, stored, shared and protected. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Suspension by bit339

bit339 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, if:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity.
• The account has been flagged during KYC review or AML screening.
• The player has provided false information during registration or verification.
• It is required to do so by any regulatory, legal or licensing authority.

Upon suspension pending investigation, the account balance will be held. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be released. If a breach is confirmed, bit339 reserves the right to forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable licensing rules.

13.2 Closure by the Player

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds and any associated winnings subject to uncompleted wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Amendments

bit339 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 13.2.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable international licensing jurisdiction under which bit339 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this clause prevents bit339 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction as necessary to protect its rights or interests.
